Food allergies and intolerances

If your eyes itch, your nose runs, or you get rashes when you eat a certain kind of food, you might be allergic to a particular food.
If you are allergic, you will experience:
symptoms when you eat that particular food item.
The symptoms disappear when you don't eat that particular food item.
The symptoms come back, if you eat the food again.

How do you find out if you are allergic?

If you think that you are allergic to a particular food, you should go to the doctor.
In some cases the doctor may take a blood test or do a skin prick test on the skin and on the way to find out if it is likely that you have allergies.

But the doctor can first find right out of it by putting you on a diet and afterwards make a provocation. When you are on the diet, you must avoid it, you have to suspect that you can't stand. If you do not have allergic symptoms while you are on the diet, it may indicate that you are on the right track.
So you must being provoked. It takes place at the doctor. Here you have to eat it, you can't stand. If you respond by provocation, it's proof that you can't stand just the food.

Treatment

There is no medical treatment that can cure hypersensitivity to food. The only treatment is to refrain from eating the food that you can't tolerate.
If you are allergic to something in the food, you must learn to read labels so that you can avoid it, you can't stand. In the list of ingredients is what the food is made of. But sometimes the names can be difficult to understand, and it is not always that everything is mentioned. for example what the sausage slices on the pizza is made of, if there are less than 25 grams per 100 grams of sausage pizza. Fortunately, there are new rules on the way, which should make the item product descriptions better for people with food allergies.
By allergy symptoms can be treated with medication. What kind of treatment should depend on what symptoms you have.
