Around the world have different eating habits, and it may therefore be different foods that provide allergy and hypersensitivity.
In England, small children usually allergic to milk or eggs. Many outgrow the allergy. Among adolescents and adults it is most common to have allergies to some nuts, fruits and vegetables in that they are allergic to pollen from birch trees, for example. This is because the body cannot tell the difference between allergy-causing substances in pollen and foods. It is called cross-allergy or cross-reactions.
