On pre-packaged foods there is a variety of information, which can be a help when you shop and will assess the food. Some information must always be printed on the item, such as. the weight and the ingredient list, which tells what the item is made of. While nutrition labelling is only required in some cases, it tells how much fat, dietary fiber, etc.., which is in the product.
Labeling must always be visible and easy to read and it must not be erased.
