Tips for losing weight


It can be difficult to lose weight. And you can easily be tricked to follow a random diet that promise to lose 10 kilos in fourteen days.
But it may not be worthwhile. If you want to lose yourself, you have to change your habits – make sure to eat something healthier and getting more exercise than you usually do.

Goodbye to chips and fizzy drinks

When you want to lose weight, it is important that you do not eat as much fat and as much sugar as you usually do. On the other hand, you need to eat more healthy things like vegetables, fruit, potatoes, rice, rye bread and meat with a little fat from fish, poultry, swine, calf and cow.
When you eat out
When you eat with other people, you really want to lose weight, it's a good idea to take small portions. Order foods that are high in fiber especially potatoes, rice and vegetables and not so much sauce and meat.

Ask adults for help

The best thing you can do if you want to lose weight you is to talk with your parents about it. they are the ones who are buying food for the family, and maybe they can help you by buying healthier foods, that ye may not get so much fat and sugar. It may also be that together you can begin to plan some exercise, such as, they can take you to the swimming pool or biking trips together.

Health nurse and the doctor
It is a good idea to talk with your doctor or health visitor at your school, if you find it difficult to lose weight. They can tell you what to do and where you can get more help if you need it. they can also help you and your parents to find out what you should be eating. Both what are the different foods you should eat and how much of the different, you must eat.

You may not believe me when I tell you that you cannot lose weight by skipping a meals but can actually gain weight and become more unhealthy. Do you do it? you will be easy to overeat and wrong food at other times.
Obese children may not eat breakfast or lunch or when they do they eat really very late in the day. It is harder to burn a lot of energy late in the day, because it is not such a long time to burn off energy. If you get a lot of energy in the morning instead, you have all day to burn it in.

Three meals a day

It is a good idea to eat three main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, two or three between meals and not otherwise. And between meals should not consist of a bag of chips or licorice. They must also be healthy. Take your time when you eat. If you throw the food in you when you do not have to feel satiated, and then comes easy for you to eat too much. If you chew your food carefully and eat slowly, you can better sense, how much you need to eat.
Drink water or milk to the food and avoid soda and lemonade.
