Who gets food allergies?


Allergies are hereditary, but not congenital. It does not inherit a particular kind of allergies, but the propensity to allergies. The risk is greatest, if both your parents have allergies.

Can you do anything to avoid allergy?


Health experts recommend that all children waiting for they have been six months before they get cereal products with gluten, IE. Rye, wheat, barley and oats. In this way, the risk of having celiac disease or gluten intolerance less.
