Why it is important to wash your hands

It is important to wash hands thoroughly and often, when you cook. You can easily spread the germs with your hands. Therefore, you must remember to wash hands both before – and meanwhile – you cook.
You must wash hands:
Before you begin to Cook
When you've been on the toilet
When you have hosted, sneezed or tampered nose
Once you have touched by eggs, raw meat, poultry and fish and vegetables with soil on
Once you've touched animals
Before you should be eating
How do you wash hands:
Rinse your hands in hot water
Wash them with SOAP for about 15 seconds
Rinse your hands clean
Dry hands on a clean towel
